Phase 1: Clear Internet cache
Your computer has a spot on the hard drive where it temporarily stores images and text from web sites that you visit, so they appear faster the next time you visit the site. This spot, called a cache, may be full and causing problems. Try clearing your cache, closing your browser, then returning to the lesson.

Internet Explorer 4.x or greater
1. Select "View" (or "Tools" if you are using IE 5+)
2. Click "Internet Options."
3. Under the "General" tab, look for "Browsing History."
4. Click the "Delete..." button, then "Delete files..."
5. Click "Yes" to confirm, then "Close" and "OK" to close the dialog boxes.

Netscape 4.x or greater
1. Select Edit, then click Preferences.
2. Select Advanced, then click Cache.
3. Click on Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons to clear the cache.

AOL
1. Select Settings, then click on Preferences.
2. Select Internet Properties (WWW).
3. Select the General tab and click on the Delete Files button to clear the cache.

If you still cannot see and/or hear the lesson, continue to Phase 2
Phases 2 -4
Right click on the link above, select "Save target as..." from the menu that appears and Save the file to your desktop. It contains the instructions for the next phases of troubleshooting so you can keep them open when the instructions require you to close all open browser windows.
