What if I can't see all or part of the LessoNet/Video/Webinar?

Window is too small
First, try maximizing the window the presentation is in. If you are still having to scroll to see the entire presentation, try striking the F11 key on your keyboard. This should reduce the space your browser's toolbars takes up. Striking F11 again will return your browser window to its familiar configuration.

 

Nothing in the new window
You either need to install Java or Flash to play the presentation. Java and Flash are small plug-ins that are widely used across the internet.

• Java: Windows users can install it from Java's website: http://www.java.com/en/.  Visit the installation website while on the computer you intend to use and click on the "Download" button on the page. It will redirect you to the download page appropriate for your computer's operating system. Mac users should use Safari (browser program). It is optimized for Java.

• Flash: Visit http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash to install the version of Flash appropriate for your computer.
